Return Policy

At SunX Hemp, we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you may contact us for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of the initial purchase date. We will request feedback regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund request.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your order date to request a return. To start a return, contact us at support@sunxhemp.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns need to be initiated within the 30 day window from when your order was placed.

All products purchased through the SunX Hemp website (excluding wholesale orders and items purchased during a sale) carry a 30-day money back guarantee. The first subscription order qualifies for the guarantee but any subsequent recurring orders do not.

Note: all items purchased on sale are final. Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

Return Procedure

You are responsible for return shipping costs. 4. Once we receive your product, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

We can only offer refunds for products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased our product through a retailer or another third party location, please go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.

Refunds will not be given on products that are defective due to personal negligence. Our products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach of pets and children.

Please see our Shipping Policy if your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipment.

Shipping & Refunds

It is important to note that USPS does not guarantee the shipment of your product in a specified time. Additionally, shipping estimates do not include processing time (the time it takes for us to pick and package your order).

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours, but it may take longer depending on order volume and other factors.

- Priority Mail Flat Rate is a 1 to 3-day shipping service

- Priority Mail Express is a 1 to 2-day expedited service

SunX Hemp does not guarantee the shipment will make it in these time frames. We do not offer shipping refunds due to products not making it within the specified times. If a product is ordered on the weekend it will ship on the next business day.

Refund Information

Per our refund policy, we require the return of any open or unopened product that is being refunded except for cases in which we give permission in writing. Please address all returns to the following address:

**The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. If you prefer, we can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.

Please include a note with your name and order number in your return package so we can expedite your refund.

Once we receive a return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post to your account, which is dependent on the original payment provider.

Late Returns (Past 30 days)

Any products returned after 30 days from the order date are no longer eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Products may be returned after 30 days, but no later than 60 days after the order date for a refund in the form of store credit.
